S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye dayal\u0131 bu d\u00fczende sava\u015f; kaynaklar\u0131n yeniden payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, halklar\u0131n bast\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve siyasal iktidarlar\u0131n konsolidasyonu i\u00e7in ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Emperyalist devletlerin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015flar\u0131, art\u0131k kamuoyu nezdinde me\u015fruiyetini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kaybetse de, 2025 itibar\u0131yla en kanl\u0131 bi\u00e7imleriyle s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Hindistan-Pakistan hatt\u0131ndan Filistin&#8217;e, Ukrayna\u2019dan Yemen&#8217;e kadar halklar bir yandan direniyor, bir yandan da a\u00e7l\u0131kla, bombalarla ve sistematik soyk\u0131r\u0131mlarla y\u00fcz y\u00fcze b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medya manip\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 nedeniyle bu b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fananlar\u0131n t\u00fcm y\u00f6nlerini bilemesek de, kay\u0131plar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnmezle\u015ftirilen ya\u015famlar\u0131n milyonlar\u0131 buldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Bug\u00fcn sava\u015f ve \u201cbar\u0131\u015f\u201d s\u00f6ylemleri, sadece Ortado\u011fu\u2019da de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de de ezilen halklar \u00fczerinden kurulan bir siyasal diyalekti\u011fin par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde duruyor. Bu diyalektik; tarihin ilerleyen sayfalar\u0131nda Vietnam\u2019da, Latin Amerika\u2019da, Filistin\u2019de halklar\u0131n direni\u015fiyle \u015fekillendi\u011fi gibi, bu topraklarda da K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n on y\u0131llar\u0131 bulan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesiyle yerini ald\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu m\u00fccadelenin i\u00e7inde ge\u00e7mi\u015fte bir\u00e7ok kez g\u00fcndeme gelen bar\u0131\u015f giri\u015fimleri, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve ate\u015fkes \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 oldu. 1990\u2019lardan bug\u00fcne defalarca ilan edilen tek tarafl\u0131 ate\u015fkesler, 1999 sonras\u0131 ba\u015flayan siyasi ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcreci ve en son 2014\u2019teki \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci; sistemin ink\u00e2r ve imha politikalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7atlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlara i\u015faret etti. Bug\u00fcn ise, 12 May\u0131s 2025 tarihinde kamuoyuna yans\u0131yan silah b\u0131rakma karar\u0131 ile, bu tarihsel s\u00fcrecin yeni bir e\u015fi\u011fe geldi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fccadele, art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca bir direni\u015f ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bar\u0131\u015f, demokrasi ve halklar\u0131n e\u015fit gelece\u011fi tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n da merkezinde duruyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn bize d\u00fc\u015fen; ge\u00e7mi\u015f deneyimi yaln\u0131zca hat\u0131rlamak de\u011fil, bu deneyimi gelece\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek i\u00e7in kullanmakt\u0131r. \u00dcniversiteli gen\u00e7lik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, devam eden s\u0131cak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ortas\u0131nda bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir \u00fctopya de\u011fil,&nbsp;<strong>\u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi gereken tarihsel bir g\u00f6rev<\/strong>&nbsp;olarak g\u00f6rmek hayati bir noktada duruyor. Bu yaz\u0131, sava\u015f\u0131n g\u00fcncelli\u011fi kadar, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n da g\u00fcncelli\u011fi \u00fczerine s\u00f6z kurma ve bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcniversite penceresinden doldurma gayesi ta\u015f\u0131yor. S\u0131cak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma b\u00f6lgelerine bakarken, buradan nas\u0131l bir bar\u0131\u015f prati\u011fi \u00fcretece\u011fimizi tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7mak istiyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn sava\u015f, \u00f6zellikle Ortado\u011fu\u2019da hi\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar geni\u015f bir politik \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f alan\u0131 yaratm\u0131\u015f durumda. Gazze\u2019de s\u00fcren soyk\u0131r\u0131m; 7 Ekim direni\u015fiyle birlikte halklar\u0131n haf\u0131zas\u0131na yeni bir k\u0131r\u0131lma olarak kaz\u0131nd\u0131. ABD ve \u0130srail ekseninde b\u00fcy\u00fcyen emperyalist sald\u0131rganl\u0131k, yaln\u0131zca Filistin\u2019i de\u011fil; L\u00fcbnan\u2019\u0131, Suriye\u2019yi ve Irak\u2019\u0131 da \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 h\u00e2line getiriyor. Direni\u015f cephesi bu sald\u0131r\u0131lara yan\u0131t \u00fcretmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, emperyalist merkezler halklar\u0131n direni\u015fini par\u00e7alamak i\u00e7in medya, diplomasi ve do\u011frudan askeri g\u00fc\u00e7 kullan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suriye \u00f6zelinde ise tablo daha karma\u015f\u0131k. Uzun y\u0131llar s\u00fcren i\u00e7 sava\u015f, cihat\u00e7\u0131 \u00e7etelerin halklara d\u00f6n\u00fck katliamlar\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin do\u011frudan m\u00fcdahil oldu\u011fu operasyonlar, \u00fclkeyi emperyal projelerin satran\u00e7 tahtas\u0131na \u00e7evirdi. Demokratik y\u00f6netim iddias\u0131yla b\u00f6lgeyi yeniden kurmak isteyen halk g\u00fc\u00e7leri, hem d\u0131\u015f m\u00fcdahaleler hem de uluslararas\u0131 yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma politikalar\u0131 nedeniyle a\u011f\u0131r bedeller \u00f6d\u00fcyor. T\u00fcm bu geli\u015fmelerin ortas\u0131nda ise, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6lgedeki stat\u00fc talebi h\u00e2l\u00e2 ge\u00e7erlili\u011fini ve tarihsel me\u015fruiyetini koruyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu geli\u015fmelerin i\u00e7 politikaya yans\u0131mas\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131k: K\u00fcrt halk\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, Devlet Bah\u00e7eli\u2019nin 22 Ekim\u2019de yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131yla yeniden g\u00fcndeme geldi. \u0130mral\u0131 hatt\u0131nda ba\u015flayan temaslar, yeni bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 aralayabilecek bir politik zemin yaratm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Ancak bu zemin, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi yaln\u0131zca devlet akl\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7izdi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde kal\u0131rsa, ger\u00e7ek bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme evrilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bar\u0131\u015f, yaln\u0131zca silahlar\u0131n susmas\u0131 de\u011fil; halklar\u0131n siyasal \u00f6zne olarak tan\u0131nmas\u0131, e\u015fit yurtta\u015fl\u0131k temelinde anayasal g\u00fcvencelerle haklar\u0131n\u0131n garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kal\u0131c\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f, K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n stat\u00fc ve temsil hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmadan, i\u00e7i bo\u015f \u2018karde\u015flik\u2019 masallar\u0131na s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak sa\u011flanamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7lik hareketinin bu noktada rol\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u00dcniversiteler, sadece teorik bilgi \u00fcretilen alanlar de\u011fil; bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n toplumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 politik alanlar olmak zorundad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 savunmak, Saray rejiminin sava\u015f politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ek bir se\u00e7enek \u00f6rg\u00fctlemektir. Ve bu, yaln\u0131zca \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinin \u201ctakip\u00e7isi\u201d olmakla de\u011fil, bu s\u00fcrecin par\u00e7as\u0131 ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc olmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131m as\u0131rd\u0131r s\u00fcren m\u00fccadele boyunca d\u00f6nemsel olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen m\u00fczakere giri\u015fimleri, her seferinde devletin \u201ckontroll\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda halk\u0131n taleplerini erteleme ve etkisizle\u015ftirme hamleleriyle kesintiye u\u011frad\u0131. Bu giri\u015fimlerin hi\u00e7birinde, ezilen halklar\u0131n siyasal e\u015fitli\u011fi anayasal g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmad\u0131. \u0130fade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden k\u00fclt\u00fcrel haklara, temsil hakk\u0131ndan toplumsal kat\u0131l\u0131ma kadar uzanan me\u015fru talepler, ya kriminalize edildi ya da oyalama taktikleriyle bo\u015fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6n\u00fcnde yeni bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. 22 Ekim\u2019de MHP cephesinden gelen \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131larla birlikte \u0130mral\u0131\u2019ya y\u00f6nelik temaslar\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131, siyasal iktidar\u0131n art\u0131k y\u0131llard\u0131r uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ink\u00e2r ve bast\u0131rma stratejisinin politik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. Elbette bu, tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir \u201ciyi niyet\u201d politikas\u0131 de\u011fil; hem i\u00e7eride hem d\u0131\u015far\u0131da s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan rejimin yeniden bir denge kurma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden bug\u00fcn konu\u015fulan \u015fey yaln\u0131zca yeni bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreci de\u011fil; ge\u00e7mi\u015fin politik y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131yan bir hesapla\u015fma aral\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131, onlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r s\u00fcren bask\u0131 ve \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131, bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n yaln\u0131zca silahlar\u0131n susmas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131; e\u015fitlik, temsil ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck zemininde toplumsalla\u015fan bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn zorunlulu\u011funu savunuyor. Ve bu bar\u0131\u015f talebi, art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca bir b\u00f6lgenin meselesi de\u011fil; T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki b\u00fct\u00fcn devrimci demokrat g\u00fc\u00e7lerin ortak sorumlulu\u011fudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi gibi; ger\u00e7ek bar\u0131\u015f, devlet akl\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde \u015fekillenemez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o ak\u0131l, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman halklar\u0131n iradesini tan\u0131mak de\u011fil; onu kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmak i\u00e7in \u201cbar\u0131\u015f\u201d\u0131 bir t\u00fcr r\u0131za ayg\u0131t\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek ister. Bug\u00fcn bar\u0131\u015fa dair kurdu\u011fumuz her c\u00fcmle, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ink\u00e2rlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir yan\u0131t; gelece\u011fin e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr toplumu i\u00e7in bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 olmak zorundad\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn ger\u00e7ek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, halklar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fini anayasal d\u00fczlemde g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alan, bask\u0131c\u0131 rejimi gerileten ve bar\u0131\u015f\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dan yukar\u0131ya in\u015fa eden bir halk hareketinden ge\u00e7iyor. Gen\u00e7lik, bu s\u00fcreci bir kez daha trib\u00fcnden de\u011fil, sahadan yorumlamal\u0131. Fakat tarih bize g\u00f6steriyor ki, ger\u00e7ek bar\u0131\u015f yaln\u0131zca ate\u015fkes masalar\u0131nda de\u011fil; halklar\u0131n yan yana, e\u015fit ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc bir birlik kurma iradesinde filizlenir. Bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada, bar\u0131\u015f meselesi teknik bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 de\u011fil; do\u011frudan do\u011fruya s\u0131n\u0131fsal, politik ve ideolojik bir meseledir. Devletin ge\u00e7mi\u015f bar\u0131\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerindeki sicili ortada: bar\u0131\u015f s\u00f6ylemlerinin hemen ard\u0131ndan gelen operasyonlar, g\u00f6zalt\u0131lar, siyasal tasfiyeler ve m\u00fczakereyi bir oyalama takti\u011fine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131. Bug\u00fcn o sesi yaln\u0131z b\u0131rakmak, susmak, tarafs\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek; asl\u0131nda devletin \u00e7izdi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde hizalanmak demektir.<br><br>\u00dcniversiteler, bu hizalanmaya itiraz\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenebilece\u011fi en kritik mevzilerden biridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bar\u0131\u015f, yaln\u0131zca devletin toplum \u00fczerinde kurdu\u011fu \u015fiddeti ge\u00e7ici olarak ask\u0131ya almas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bar\u0131\u015f, ezenle ezilen aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin yeniden kurulmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ve bu ili\u015fki, ancak ezilenlerin kolektif bir politik \u00f6zneye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesiyle ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131n\u0131 kazan\u0131r.
