Devletin klasik g\u00fcvenlik refleksleriyle a\u00e7\u0131klanamayacak denli derin, sistematik ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir ku\u015fatma mekanizmas\u0131 i\u015flemektedir. Burada s\u00f6z konusu olan, birka\u00e7 m\u00fcnferit su\u00e7 giri\u015fimi ya da denetimden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f gen\u00e7lik e\u011filimleri de\u011fil; gen\u00e7li\u011fin kolektifle\u015fme potansiyelini bast\u0131rmay\u0131, politik y\u00f6nelimini zay\u0131flatmay\u0131 ve toplumsal muhalefetle kurabilece\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc organik ba\u011f\u0131 koparmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 bir m\u00fcdahaledir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcme pedagojik yetersizlikle a\u00e7\u0131klanamaz. Ahlaki \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015fle hi\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131klanamaz. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda s\u0131n\u0131fsal, ideolojik ve siyasal bir m\u00fchendisli\u011fin sonucu var. Saray Fa\u015fizmi, gen\u00e7li\u011fi denetlenebilir k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in yaln\u0131zca resm\u00ee ara\u00e7lar\u0131 de\u011fil, gayriresm\u00ee kanallar\u0131 da i\u015flevselle\u015ftirmektedir. Sokakta \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen \u00e7eteler, okulda palazland\u0131r\u0131lan paramiliter yap\u0131lar, m\u00fcfredatta pompalanan itaatk\u00e2r yurtta\u015f tipi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanda dayat\u0131lan bireycilik hepsi ayn\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131d\u0131r. Ortak hedef nettir: birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen, birlikte direnen, birlikte d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren bir gen\u00e7li\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesmek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131, \u00e7etele\u015fme meselesini kriminal bir ba\u015fl\u0131kla s\u0131n\u0131rlam\u0131yor. Aksine, bu yap\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131ndan ideolojik manip\u00fclasyona, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yeniden in\u015fadan g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fama kadar uzanan \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bir siyasal proje oldu\u011funu savunuyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada tekil bir sorun de\u011fil, rejimin yeni insan tasavvurunun ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen sistematik bir \u015fiddet program\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7etele\u015fme sadece bast\u0131rmaya de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda bi\u00e7imlendirmeye de d\u00f6n\u00fckt\u00fcr. \u0130n\u015fa edilmek istenen gen\u00e7lik profili a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r: sorgulamayan, itaat eden, rekabete dayal\u0131 ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7inde yaln\u0131zla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, politik de\u011fil \u201cproje insan\u0131\u201d olmaya y\u00f6nlendirilmi\u015f bir nesil. Bu nedenle \u00e7etele\u015fme meselesine sadece ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u015fiddet ya da su\u00e7a indirgenmi\u015f dar bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveden de\u011fil, bu yap\u0131lar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lan siyasal tercihlerden ve arka plandaki rejim mimarisinden bakmak zorunday\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liseli gen\u00e7li\u011fe y\u00f6nelen bu kapsaml\u0131 ku\u015fatma, Saray Fa\u015fizminin \u201cyeni insan\u201d kurgusunun sokakta, okulda ve ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda ad\u0131m ad\u0131m in\u015fa edilmesinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Ve bu in\u015fa, yaln\u0131zca kurumlarla de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda hegemonik bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr in\u015fas\u0131yla, ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n yeniden tahkim edilmesiyle ve g\u00fcndelik hayata n\u00fcfuz eden bir toplumsal m\u00fchendislikle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>M\u00fcfredatta Kodlanan \u0130taat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapitalist devletin ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde e\u011fitimin \u00f6zel bir yeri vard\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc devlet yaln\u0131zca h\u00fckmetmez, ayn\u0131 zamanda r\u0131za \u00fcretir. Bu r\u0131zan\u0131n \u00fcretilme hatt\u0131, okul koridorlar\u0131nda, s\u0131n\u0131f tahtalar\u0131nda, ders kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n sat\u0131r aralar\u0131nda \u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu ideolojik tahkimat, AKP rejimiyle birlikte yaln\u0131zca derinle\u015fmemi\u015f; do\u011frudan siyasal-toplumsal m\u00fchendisli\u011fin merkez \u00fcss\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Okullar rejimin yeni toplum tahayy\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fcn gen\u00e7 zihinlerde test edildi\u011fi ideolojik laboratuvar i\u015flevini \u00fcstlenmesi de bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcfredata yap\u0131lan her m\u00fcdahale, bu hegemonik yeniden in\u015fan\u0131n bilin\u00e7li bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Gezi Direni\u015fi\u2019nin sistematik bi\u00e7imde \u201cvandalizm\u201d olarak kodlanmas\u0131, 15 Temmuz\u2019un \u201cdestanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak\u201d her dersin i\u00e7ine zerk edilmesi, \u201cDe\u011ferler E\u011fitimi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda itaatin, sadakatin ve lider k\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fcceltilmesi\u2026 Bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri pedagojik bir d\u00fczenleme de\u011fil; rejimin kendi tarih anlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, de\u011fer sistemini ve vatanda\u015f profilini in\u015fa etti\u011fi politik m\u00fcdahalelerdir. \u201cTek millet, tek bayrak, tek lider\u201d slogan\u0131, art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca meydanlarda de\u011fil; ders kitaplar\u0131nda, okul panolar\u0131nda, s\u0131nav sorular\u0131nda dola\u015f\u0131mdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn hedefi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r: gen\u00e7li\u011fin tarihsel haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 silmek, politik \u00f6zneli\u011fini t\u00f6rp\u00fclemek, hak arama refleksini pasifle\u015ftirmek ve ortak gelece\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck m\u00fccadele fikrini daha do\u011fmadan tasfiye etmektir. M\u00fcfredat art\u0131k \u201cne \u00f6\u011fretilece\u011fi\u201dnden ibaret de\u011fildir; \u201cne unutulaca\u011f\u0131\u201d, \u201cne bast\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131\u201d ve \u201changi kimli\u011fe evrilece\u011fi\u201dnin planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir siyasal ara\u00e7t\u0131r. Gen\u00e7lik, bu d\u00fczlemde politik \u00f6zne olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131p, bireysel ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015finde ko\u015fan, rekabetle yo\u011frulmu\u015f, yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bireylere indirgenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fitim bu haliyle yaln\u0131z bug\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fil, gelece\u011fi dizayn etmenin arac\u0131 olarak kurgulanmaktad\u0131r. Ve bu dizayn; sokakta \u00e7eteyle, okulda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc yap\u0131larla, k\u00fclt\u00fcrde bireyci ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n pazarlanmas\u0131yla birle\u015fti\u011finde gen\u00e7li\u011fe y\u00f6nelen \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 ku\u015fatma tamamlanmak istenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ama her hegemonya projesi kendi \u00e7atla\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131r. G\u00f6lgede b\u0131rak\u0131lmak istenen her haf\u0131za, yok edilmek istenen her sorgulama arzusu, y\u0131k\u0131lmak istenen her kolektif ruh bir ba\u015fka yerde, bir ba\u015fka bi\u00e7imde direni\u015fin tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctmeye devam eder. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn m\u00fcfredat\u0131nda bast\u0131r\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, yar\u0131n\u0131n isyan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fme potansiyelini hep i\u00e7inde ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>Sivil Maskeli Devlet Ayg\u0131tlar\u0131: Vak\u0131f Dernek Ku\u015fatmas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7li\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck ku\u015fatma politikas\u0131n\u0131n bir di\u011fer aya\u011f\u0131, rejimin ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n gayriresm\u00ee \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme bi\u00e7imleri olarak sahaya s\u00fcr\u00fclen vak\u0131f ve dernek a\u011flar\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00dcGVA, T\u00dcRGEV, Ensar ve benzeri yap\u0131lar -ad\u0131 sivil toplum, i\u015flevi ise devletin ideolojik in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015feronlu\u011fu olan bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler- gen\u00e7li\u011fe y\u00f6nelik sistematik m\u00fcdahalenin ba\u015fat akt\u00f6rleri haline gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamusal e\u011fitim yaln\u0131zca m\u00fcfredatla y\u00f6nlendirilmemekte; bu yap\u0131lar eliyle do\u011frudan okul sahas\u0131na inilmektedir. Seminerler, kamplar, yar\u0131\u015fmalar ve \u201cde\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan etkinlikler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla gen\u00e7li\u011fe sistemli bir ideolojik formasyon dayat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 devletin g\u00f6z yummas\u0131yla de\u011fil, do\u011frudan te\u015fvikiyle kurumsalla\u015fmakta; devletin resmi mekanizmalar\u0131, bu gayriresm\u00ee ayg\u0131tlarla tam bir e\u015fg\u00fcd\u00fcm i\u00e7inde i\u015flemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015f\u00e7i ve emek\u00e7i mahallelerinde bu yap\u0131lar, \u201ckurtar\u0131c\u0131 a\u011fabeylik\u201d retori\u011fiyle sahne al\u0131rken, ger\u00e7ekte sosyal g\u00fcvencesizli\u011fin, yoksullu\u011fun ve e\u011fitimden d\u0131\u015flanman\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi bo\u015fluklara sadakat eksenli bir ideoloji yerle\u015ftirmektedir. Bu sadakat; sorgulamayan, biat eden, bireycili\u011fi makbul sayan ve hiyerar\u015fik d\u00fczeni i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmi\u015f bir gen\u00e7lik modeli i\u00e7in \u00f6n ko\u015fuldur. Sunulan \u201cdayan\u0131\u015fma\u201d ise kolektif hak talebini de\u011fil; otoriteye ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu m\u00fcdahale, masum bir de\u011fer aktar\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fil; do\u011frudan siyasal bir yeniden \u00fcretim projesidir. Gen\u00e7li\u011fin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yap\u0131s\u0131na, ili\u015fkilenme bi\u00e7imine, ya\u015fam tarz\u0131na y\u00f6nelen bu ku\u015fatma; e\u011fitim alan\u0131n\u0131 salt \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcreci olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r, disiplinin ve itaate dayal\u0131 \u015fekillendirmenin alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. Vak\u0131f-dernek a\u011flar\u0131, rejimin gen\u00e7li\u011fe y\u00f6nelik ideolojik konsolidasyonunun \u201csivil\u201d maskesidir. Ancak bu maskenin ard\u0131ndaki siyasal y\u00f6nelim g\u00fcn gibi ortadad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c7eteler: Gen\u00e7li\u011fin S\u0131n\u0131fsal Enerjisini Bast\u0131rman\u0131n Arac\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sokakta rejimi merkez alan pek \u00e7ok gayriresmi yap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar: Mafyalar, uyu\u015fturucu sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, envai \u00e7e\u015fit \u00e7ete&#8230; Bu yap\u0131lar\u0131n gen\u00e7li\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck i\u015flevi yaln\u0131zca su\u00e7a y\u00f6neltmek ya da \u015fiddet sarmal\u0131na sokmak de\u011fildir. As\u0131l i\u015flev, politik potansiyeli bast\u0131rmak, y\u00f6nlendirmek ve kontrol alt\u0131na almakt\u0131r. Okulda m\u00fcfredatla t\u00f6rp\u00fclenen kolektif bilin\u00e7, sokakta \u00e7eteler eliyle sapt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Sorgulama ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme potansiyeli yok edilemiyorsa, denetimli bir \u015fiddet ve hiyerar\u015fi a\u011f\u0131na entegre edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle yoksul mahallelerde, geleceksizlikle ku\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in \u00e7eteler bir t\u00fcr \u201calternatif stat\u00fc sistemi\u201d sunar. G\u00fcvence yoksa aidiyet sunulur; hak talebi bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa \u201csayg\u0131\u201d korkuyla ikame edilir. Kolektif m\u00fccadelenin yerini bireysel g\u00fc\u00e7 g\u00f6sterisi al\u0131r. \u201cBirlikte \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmek\u201d yerine \u201ctek ba\u015f\u0131na korku salmak\u201d makbul hale gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu yap\u0131lar yaln\u0131zca bask\u0131 \u00fcretmez; ayn\u0131 zamanda bir estetik, bir dil, bir kimlik in\u015fa eder. Erillik \u00fczerinden \u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fiddet dili, sokak jargonuyla me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan\u0131n konu\u015ftu\u011fu, zay\u0131f\u0131n sustu\u011fu hiyerar\u015fik yap\u0131lar; gen\u00e7li\u011fin \u00f6znele\u015fmesini de\u011fil, itaatk\u00e2r bir fig\u00fcr haline gelmesini sa\u011flar. Ve t\u00fcm bu d\u00fczenek, s\u0131n\u0131fsal bir tercihin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Devlet ya g\u00f6rmezden gelir ya da do\u011frudan alan a\u00e7ar. G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr ama dokunulmaz \u00e7eteler, cezas\u0131z kalan lider fig\u00fcrleri, i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015fli\u011fin en \u00e7\u0131plak g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7etele\u015fme b\u00f6ylece yaln\u0131zca bug\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fil, gelece\u011fin de ipotek alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eiddetin normalle\u015ftirildi\u011fi, ortak sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 kolektif \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin yerini bireysel iktidar fantezilerinin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu tablo, gen\u00e7li\u011fi politik \u00f6zne olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p denetimli birer akt\u00f6re d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi hedefler. Bu nedenle \u00e7etele\u015fme, g\u00fcvenlik ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya politik bir sapt\u0131rma mekanizmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>K\u00fclt\u00fcrel Ku\u015fatma: Esteti\u011fin S\u0131n\u0131fsal Y\u00fcz\u00fc<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7li\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fck ku\u015fatma yaln\u0131zca m\u00fcfredatla ya da sokakla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanda da yo\u011fun bir hegemonya sava\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Giyimden m\u00fczi\u011fe, sosyal medyadaki davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131ndan g\u00fcndelik dile kadar pek \u00e7ok boyutta gen\u00e7li\u011fe bir \u201ckimlik modeli\u201d dayat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu model, \u015fiddeti estetize eden, erkekli\u011fi tahakk\u00fcmle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015ftiren, sayg\u0131y\u0131 korkuyla e\u015fitleyen bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahalle kabaday\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00f6yk\u00fcnen fig\u00fcrler, yeni nesil kahramanlar olarak pazarlanmakta; kitap okuyan de\u011fil, \u201cmahallede a\u011fabey\u201d olan makbul say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, gen\u00e7li\u011fi yaln\u0131zca \u015fiddete y\u00f6neltmekle kalmaz; ayn\u0131 zamanda rejimin toplumsal m\u00fchendislik projesinde kilit rol oynayan birey tipinin \u00fcretimine katk\u0131 sunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm rastlant\u0131sal de\u011fil, sistematik bir y\u00f6nlendirmenin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. Kolektif m\u00fccadele fikrini bast\u0131rmak i\u00e7in her bireye kendi \u201c\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolunu\u201d yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na aramas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi pompalanmaktad\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesi alan\u0131, bireysel iktidar fantezilerine tahvil edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unutmamak gerekir ki estetik tercihler politik tercihlerdir. Hangi m\u00fczi\u011fi dinledi\u011fimiz, hangi dili kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, nas\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz, hepsi birer s\u0131n\u0131fsal pozisyon almad\u0131r. Bu nedenle k\u00fclt\u00fcrel m\u00fccadele, politik m\u00fccadelenin ayr\u0131lmaz bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn k\u00fclt\u00fcrel alanda \u00fcretilen her model, ya kolektif m\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcr ya da ona ket vurur.
