Sistemin g\u00f6be\u011finde yer alan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinden anti-kapitalist bir \u00f6\u011frenci gen\u00e7lik hareketi yaratmak; Saray fa\u015fizminin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcniversitelerden kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de 208 \u00fcniversite bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlardan 129\u2019u devlet, 75\u2019i vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi 4\u2019\u00fc ise vak\u0131f meslek y\u00fcksekokulu olmakla beraber ilk kurulan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi s\u0131ras\u0131yla: Y\u00d6K karar\u0131 ile kurulan Bilkent \u00dcniversitesi ard\u0131ndan 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Ko\u00e7 \u00dcniversitesi, 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda Sabanc\u0131, Ba\u015fkent ve Bilgi,1996\u2019da At\u0131l\u0131m, I\u015f\u0131k ve Yeditepe kurulmu\u015ftur. 2000 y\u0131l\u0131na dek 20\u2019ye yak\u0131n vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi kurulmu\u015fken 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda AKP iktidar\u0131yla beraber vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesinin niceli\u011fi artmaya devam etti. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcniversite a\u00e7ma politikalar\u0131n\u0131 incelerken AKP \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 olarak iki d\u00f6neme ay\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. 1980 ve 2002 aras\u0131 AKP \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde, neoliberalizmin \u00fcniversite i\u00e7inde hakim paradigma olmas\u0131n\u0131n zemini haz\u0131rlan\u0131p bilginin metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fcniversitenin ticarethane \u00f6\u011frencinin m\u00fc\u015fteri oldu\u011fu bir ikili\u011fin ta\u015flar\u0131 d\u00f6\u015fenirken AKP ile beraber hem neoliberal politikalar ile \u00fcniversitenin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc sa\u011flan\u0131p ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken hem de \u0130slamc\u0131 burjuvaziye \u00fcniversitelerden pay verilerek iki ayakl\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. AKP\u2019nin iktidar oldu\u011fu 2006-2008 tarihlerinde \u201cHer \u0130le Bir \u00dcniversite\u201d politikas\u0131 ekseninde \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehre yay\u0131lan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri, AKP d\u00f6nemiyle nitelikten, bilgi ve \u00fcretiminden yoksun bir bi\u00e7imde ivmeyle artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehrin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Gaziantep-Konya-Kayseri-Mersin gibi ye\u015fil sermayenin kaleleri olan illerde yo\u011funluk g\u00f6steren vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri islamc\u0131 burjuvazinin ekonomik ve teknik zeminini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015ftir.Burjuvazinin ve iktidar\u0131n hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi modelinde denetimin ve disiplinin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu, bilginin metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p ara\u00e7salla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131,e\u011fitimin niteliksizle\u015ftirildi\u011fi, muhalif olan\u0131n yok say\u0131larak \u00f6tekile\u015ftirildi\u011fi; yo\u011fun ders programlar\u0131 ile \u00fcniversite ve memleket diyalekti\u011finden uzakla\u015fan suya sabuna dokunmayan bir \u00f6\u011frencilik in\u015fa edilmek istenmi\u015ftir. \u00dcniversite ve memleketin politik nosyonundan uzakla\u015fan, neoliberalizmin per\u00e7inledi\u011fi bireysellik bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n heveskar ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmaya \u2018gelece\u011fin lideri\u2019 olmaya aday olan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi \u00f6\u011frencisi bu paradigman\u0131n i\u00e7ine hapsolmu\u015f ger\u00e7eklik ile ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kopard\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in politik olana yabanc\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yabanc\u0131la\u015fman\u0131n esas kayna\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerin yo\u011fun ders program\u0131yla al\u0131konulmas\u0131 ve \u00fcniversiteye y\u00f6nelik herhangi bir itirazda, disiplin cezas\u0131 ve burs kesintisi ile tehdit edilmesi olmaktad\u0131r. Soru\u015fturma ve burs kesintisi tehdidi ile burun buruna kalan, e\u011fitim \u00fccretini \u00f6demek i\u00e7in kimi zaman okurken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi \u00f6\u011frencilerinin adeta denetim ile ku\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bu \u00fcniversiteleri se\u00e7mesinin en \u00f6nemli sebebi ise \u00f6\u011frencilerin sosyo-ekonomik durumudur. Bulundu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131ftan farkl\u0131 bir s\u0131n\u0131fa atlamak isteyen veya s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kodlar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fatmak isteyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin tercih d\u00f6neminde vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesi tercih etti\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir. \u00d6yle ki, prestijli vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri \u00f6\u011frencileri m\u00fc\u015fterile\u015ftirerek onlara stat\u00fc vaad edip burjuva k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerlerin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n olana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken bu durum ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6\u011frencinin s\u0131n\u0131f kinini derinle\u015ftiriyor, s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6r\u00fckl\u00fcyor. Ko\u00e7, Sabanc\u0131, Bilgi, Bilkent gibi \u00fcniversiteler burjuva de\u011ferlerin, avrupa merkezli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in olanak yarat\u0131rken Bezmialem- Fatih Sultan Mehmet- \u0130stanbul Sabahattin Zaim gibi \u00fcniversiteler ise AKP\u2019nin siyasal islamc\u0131 orta s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencisini yaratmak i\u00e7in bir imkan olu\u015fturuyor. Vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde tezah\u00fcr eden bu iki u\u00e7 Vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitesine burslu giren \u00f6\u011frencinin s\u0131n\u0131f kinini derinle\u015ftiriyor. Burjuva k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleri y\u00fccelten \u00fcniversitelerde, \u00f6\u011frencinin dinledi\u011fi m\u00fczik, g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fclke bir hiyerar\u015fi olu\u015ftururken AKP\u2019nin proje \u00fcniversiteleri ise ki\u015finin araba markas\u0131ndan, \u00e7antas\u0131na m\u00fclk temelli bir hiyerar\u015fi olu\u015fturuyor. Yarat\u0131lan bu hiyerar\u015filer ise nerede, ne bi\u00e7imde olursa olsun ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz son olarak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yarat\u0131r, s\u0131n\u0131fsal ayr\u0131m\u0131 sarihle\u015ftirir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel hegemonya ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal ayr\u0131m \u00fcniversitenin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir rol alarak \u00fcniversite ve \u00fcniversiteliyi neoliberalizm taraf\u0131ndan ku\u015fat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ahvale s\u00fcr\u00fckler. Neoliberalizmin \u00fcniversiteye sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n temsili olan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri, bir \u00fcniversite anlat\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n dahi uza\u011f\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc klasik anlamda bir devlet \u00fcniversitesinde var olan gelene\u011fe ve anlay\u0131\u015fa bir sald\u0131r\u0131 varken vak\u0131f \u00fcniversiteleri dizayn edildi\u011finden klasik anlamda \u00fcniversitenin dahi uza\u011f\u0131nda konumlanmaktad\u0131r. Devlet \u00fcniversitelerinde neoliberal politikalar ile bir ku\u015fatma, sald\u0131r\u0131 varken vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde dizayn edilen anlay\u0131\u015f tarihsel olarak \u00fcniversite-akademi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n uza\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en temelden bir \u00fcniversitenin in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n olana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yaratmakt\u0131r. Elbette ki bu in\u015fa, yukar\u0131da bahsedilen s\u0131n\u0131fsal \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ve m\u00fc\u015fteri olma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fhiri ile yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vak\u0131f \u00dcniversitelerinde Bir Direni\u015f Havzas\u0131 Olu\u015fturmak:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2022 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde e\u011fitim \u00fccretlerinin yap\u0131lan zamlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde par\u00e7al\u0131 da olsa direni\u015f \u00f6rnekleri g\u00f6rd\u00fck. \u2018Saray Fa\u015fizminin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekonomik krizin faturas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00f6demeyecek\u2019 diyen \u00fcniversiteliler burs kesintisi, disiplin soru\u015fturmas\u0131 tehdidine ra\u011fmen Do\u011fu\u015f \u00dcniversitesi, Kadirhas ve \u0130stinye gibi \u00fcniversitelerde yap\u0131lan zamlara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fctevelli heyetlerden hesap sordu. Peki bu eylemselliklerin devam\u0131 neden gelmedi, eylemler neden kazan\u0131m ile sonu\u00e7lanmad\u0131? Bu soruyu cevap verebilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011frenci gen\u00e7lik hareketinin Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i Direni\u015fi\u2019nden sonraki d\u00f6nemine bakmak yeterli olacakt\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki pratiklerin ve eylemlerin i\u00e7ine g\u00f6m\u00fclen, toplumsal tepki yaratman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kamayan \u00f6\u011frenci gen\u00e7lik, kamp\u00fcste kal\u0131c\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7lar b\u0131rakmaktan giderek uzakla\u015f\u0131rken g\u00fcvene dayal\u0131 ili\u015fkiler geli\u015ftirmeye de yabanc\u0131la\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu olumsuzlar ekseninde yeniyi bulmaya ve yaratmaya ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var. Kamp\u00fcslerde s\u0131radanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, kimi zaman tali g\u00f6r\u00fcnen sorunlara e\u011filmek, toplumsal tepkinin yan\u0131nda kal\u0131c\u0131 a\u011fa\u00e7lar ye\u015fertmek sistemi ortas\u0131ndan yaracak \u00f6\u011frenci muhalefeti yaratmaya adayd\u0131r. Neoliberalizmin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bi\u00e7imde ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde direni\u015f potansiyeli varken, yapmam\u0131z gereken bu direni\u015f potansiyelini akt\u00fcel ve kal\u0131c\u0131 hale getirmektir. Direni\u015f potansiyelinin akt\u00fcel ve kal\u0131c\u0131 hale evrilmesi, Bilkent \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6rne\u011fini an\u0131msat\u0131yor. Bilkent \u00f6\u011frencileri, kimi zaman Mahsa Amini i\u00e7in kimi zaman \u00fcniversitelerin online e\u011fitime ge\u00e7i\u015fine kar\u015f\u0131 kimi zamansa \u2018dumans\u0131z kamp\u00fcs projesi\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 kamp\u00fcsteki en dipten gelen \u00f6fkeyi toplumsalla\u015ft\u0131rarak onu politik bir mefhum haline getirerek bunu bir nebze olsun ger\u00e7ek k\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7eli\u015fkilerin Ortas\u0131nda Dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u00d6rg\u00fctlemek:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sermayenin para h\u0131rs\u0131 ile adaletsizli\u011fi ve e\u015fitsizli\u011fi yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015fama kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015fka bir ya\u015fam tahayy\u00fcl\u00fc her daim olagelmi\u015ftir. Adaletsizlik ve e\u015fitsizli\u011fin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na hak ve e\u015fitlik arayanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sermaye ve koruyucular\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli tahakk\u00fcm yollar\u0131 ile onlar\u0131 sindirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sindirme ve sald\u0131r\u0131 politikalar\u0131 vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde de \u00fcniversiteyi piyasan\u0131n laboratuvar\u0131 haline getirerek bu \u00fcniversitelerin kritik bilgi \u00fcretmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ket vurmu\u015f ve bilginin, hayat\u0131n i\u015fleyen ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 kritik ederek ve bu kritikten sonra yeni tahayy\u00fcl i\u00e7in \u00e7abalamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunarak ba\u015fkald\u0131ran \u00f6\u011frencileri ise maddi konularda s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak sindirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ne var ki, vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerini kapitalizmin laboratuvar\u0131 yapan bu sistem deneyimlerinden \u00f6\u011frendikleriyle tahakk\u00fcm alanlar\u0131n\u0131 devlet \u00fcniversitelerine de yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sistemin yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahakk\u00fcme kar\u015f\u0131 biz de \u00fcniversitelerde m\u00fccadeleyi ortakla\u015ft\u0131rarak yaymak i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmeliyiz. \u00dcniversitelerde yay\u0131larak b\u00fcy\u00fcyen \u00f6zerk, demokratik ve e\u015fit \u00fcniversite m\u00fccadelesi ve b\u00f6yle bir \u00fcniversite tahayy\u00fcl\u00fc bize t\u00fcm ya\u015fam i\u00e7in bir gelecek tahayy\u00fcl\u00fc de kazand\u0131racak ve m\u00fccadele bir ya\u015fam boyu yeni bir hayat i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek devam edecektir. Ezc\u00fcmle, neoliberalizmin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, belleksizle\u015ftirilen ve mekans\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frencinin m\u00fc\u015fteriyi \u00fcniversitenin, \u015firketi temsil etti\u011fi vak\u0131f \u00fcniversitelerinde etkin ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc direni\u015f havzas\u0131 olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olan kavram dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kendisidir.
